Sorry I didn't see the comment in the filter until now.  I'd wait until they dried up a bit.  They may or may not turn black but I think they should be fine once they dry up</description>

1. How much longer should I aprox have to wait now.

2. Do I cut when the stalks starting to go black, or when its completely black?
